I had planned on going straight to bed after I left a comment for Miss Ryn, and emailed my downtown boss, but as soon as I did both my stomach growled at me. And that just got me to thinking about all the yummy homemade chicken noodle soup in the frig. I was starting to feel better about the long, craptastic day I had after I started eating the comfort food. Heh.
While I was eating, I remembered a café co-worker told me about going to Rocky Horror at Riverview this Saturday. So, I went to Riverview's website (sidenote: know it was done awhile ago, but I love th redesign of the site!) to look up the info she wasn't sure about, but had to reread what was posted for the Saturday shows because of my stunned disbelief.
:(
Okay, I'll have to research this more later. Bed now.
ETA - 4 days later: Oh, okay, the show is moving to St. Paul, at the Mounds Theatre. Cool.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show will be ending its nearly 10-year run at the Riverview. The final show is April 5 at midnight.*is shocked* What?! Why are they ending Midnight Rocky Horror shows?! Granted, I wasn't a regular by any means, just went to a few of them back when I was around 17-18 years old, but why would they end it? The crowd and traffic disrupting what seems like a quiet area? Not getting enough people at all anymore? What? Will it be moving to another theatre then? Yeah, I haven't gone to a show in 6 years (give or take), but I liked knowing that I had the option whenever I did want to go again.
